Overview:

This series of instruments is primarily used for preparing test specimens of non-metallic materials (such as PVC, PE, PP plastic pipes, plates, etc.) and hard plastics for tests like tension, compression, bending, impact, and thermal deformation.
The machine mainly consists of a cutting mainframe, control system, drive controller, air pump, suction pin device, etc. The control software of the system is developed based on the WIN7 platform, with a mature and stable three-axis control principle. It adopts an advanced three-axis linkage control method, using high-precision ball screws and large-step stepper motors to drive the high-speed spindle motor for automatic cutting, ensuring machining operation accuracy. It is the most advanced automatic sample preparation equipment in China.
This machine offers unparalleled advantages over traditional sample preparation methods. First, the sample shapes it produces are unrestricted—simply provide a program, and it can manufacture various shapes like strips, dumbbells, circles, and irregular forms. Second, it features high processing accuracy. Whether cutting or milling dumbbells, it is not limited by sample shape—any sample that can be clamped onto the platform can be processed.

Product Features:

Cutting Host:

  1. The frame is constructed from 6061 aluminum alloy with 15mm-thick columns to ensure overall machine strength. Precision machining via a CNC machining center guarantees part accuracy and machine performance.
  2. The workbench is an integrated T-slot table with anodized surfaces and PVC protective plates. Dimensions: 700 × 500 × 30mm (L × W × H).
  3. Driven by high-step synchronous motors, high-precision ball screws, and square linear guides, it ensures machining accuracy. Effective strokes: X-axis 300mm, Y-axis 400mm, Z-axis 100mm.
  4. The spindle reaches a max speed of 24,000 r/min with a 1.5kW variable frequency drive (manually adjustable). A large-flow cooling water pump ensures stable long-term use.
  5. XYZ axis limits prevent collision from accidental operations. A manual handwheel enables easy tool setting and fine-tuning.
  6. A dedicated sample loading device supports up to 5 workstations for simple installation and operation.

Control System:

  1. Based on Ncstudio control software for WIN7, the system features an intuitive interface and easy operation.
  2. Ncstudio controls the cutting host’s XYZ and spindle movements via NC programs in the software.
  3. Pre-set programs drive the cutting process; manual editing is also possible, supporting CAD software and G-code instruction formats.
  4. The interface includes functions like machining trajectory display, simulation, program editing, coordinate points, manual/automatic control options, and spindle control buttons.
  5. Common material dumbbell sample programs can be selected directly (two standard cutting programs are pre-configured; custom programs are available for special requirements).

Drive Controller:

Connects the control system to the cutting host, precisely controlling XYZ axes and spindle via system instructions for cutting and positioning.

Silent Air Pump:

  1. Equipped with leakage and pressure protection devices.
  2. Compact size: 435×430×640mm, 10L volume, 220V 550W oil-free design, silent operation.
  3. Exhaust pressure: 0.7MPa, weight: 25kg.

Suction Pin Device:
